Store Policies

Shipping Policies:

  • CottonByJulia is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please contact/ visit USPS (or the corresponding shipping company) if your package is lost-- usually your local shipping post can help find your package and can converse with those delivering on your route.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for your package to appear if it is prematurely scanned as delivered. It may still be on the way.

 

Refund/ Return Policies:

  • CottonByJulia cannot offer refunds or returns for any items if the order is already shipped, in transit, and/ or delivered. But, please contact me if there is an issue with your order. 
  • If I have already shipped an order, I cannot offer a refund or replacement for studs (that were sent as is) that were requested as clip-ons. Please reference the corresponding disclaimer paragraph (when you go to your shopping cart), the bottom line of text on the clip-on option graphic (in lisitings where clip-ons are applicable), and the disclaimer in each stud listing. The stud posts are adhered to the clay permanently via UV Resin and it is not possible to remove to posts and add clip-ons. If you would like a stud design made into a clip-on, please contact me and I will be more than happy to work with you.

 

Messages/ Emails:

  • Please allow up to one business day to receive a response from me :). If you have not received a response after one business day, please feel free to contact me again. Sometimes, messages can get lost in the shuffle or there can be a technological glitch. I always want your questions/ concerns to be answered/ addressed :)
  • Please make sure your email address is spelled correctly on the contact form located on the Contact Us page. If your recipient email address is not spelled correctly, my response will not reach you.
